The catalogue is the repository of all channels and their individual configuration created by Babelgom users for import into your own hub.
Babelgom includes important community features allowing customers to share work and information, saving considerable amounts of time and pain points, usually required in traditional integration projects.
With Self-Service you can access the Babelgom catalogue of business services and identify the right one to jump start new channel work. The catalogue of business services includes all configurations integrated by the community of Babelgom users. If you want to connect a partner company already connected to another Babelgom customer, the chances are that this task is virtually already done.
The catalogue of channels can be accessed by countries, industries, individual companies, types of messages or message formats. Catalogue items are identified by their original author and release date.
When a customer sources an item from the Babelgom catalogue, a link is created between the original and new channel. This link allows both channel owners to be informed of updates on relevant parts of the channel to simplify and speed up necessary maintenance activities. Relationships can be terminated by any of the parties involved.
Authors can set a charge for their work when made available to others via the catalogue.
