Yes, even during periods of congestion or unusually high levels of activity,
we at Babelgom guarantee to take no longer than 5 minutes to execute
our service from the arrival of new message to it being sent on its way.
This guarantee is provided for the volume level you selected yourself
as your ‘reserved capacity’.

In the event of unexpected temporary unavailability,
we guarantee 100% message recovery.
This includes messages that may have been in transit
at the time service was interrupted.

Babelgom pledges to provide you with 99.9% service availability
from Monday 08:00 to Saturday 20:00.

If, despite our efforts, our service levels
prove insufficient, you won't feel trapped.
Our leaving clause option entitles
you to leave — at any time and for whatever reason -
with our software and your existing channels if required.
This is the ultimate guarantee of business continuity.
